Microsoft Translator allows parents and educators to communicate in-person or virtually in their preferred languages. This feature can be used as a supplement to Teams or as a go-to voice calling service.

Below are instructions on how to set up and join a translated parent-educator conference from a computer or mobile device. This feature will work the same for both parties regardless of the type of device they use!

Tip: To communicate with parents in their native language about how to use Microsoft Translator for a parent-educator conference, we have pre-written letters in 67 languages that educators can send to parents and guardians. These letters explain exactly how to install and use Microsoft Translator.
