When you click the Dynamics CRM app in Outlook (anywhere the app is supported), you see the following message:
“This operation failed because you're offline. Reconnect and try again.”
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM App for Outlook is only supported while connected to the internet.
Please check your internet connection and verify you can access Microsoft Dynamics CRM with your web browser. Then close the app and reopen the app. If the problem persists, try closing your internet browser and reopening it again. If the problem continues, try again at a later date.
