BY CLICKING “YES” BUTTON OR BY UTILIZING THE PARTNER INCENTIVES EXPERIENCE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
Microsoft grants to your company ("Company" or "You") access to the PARTNER INCENTIVES EXPERIENCE system to assist You in sharing opportunities, requesting incentives and acting on leads from Microsoft and associated sales processes.
Company is solely responsible for ensuring that only its authorized employees have access to the PARTNER INCENTIVES EXPERIENCE system, and that it will promptly remove or deny access to those Company employees that are no longer associated with the Company, or no longer need to access the PARTNER INCENTIVES EXPERIENCE system. This access may be terminated by contacting PARTNER INCENTIVES EXPERIENCE support, or within the PARTNER INCENTIVES EXPERIENCE Administration tab if you were granted permissions to the Administration tab.
Company, and any Company-authorized employees, agree to access the PARTNER INCENTIVES EXPERIENCE system and use the information therein only for activities relating to Company.
Company, and any Company-authorized employees, agree not to copy, disclose, send, or in any manner disseminate the information provided by the PARTNER INCENTIVES EXPERIENCE system, except for the sole purpose described herein.
Microsoft reserves the right to revoke or deny access to the PARTNER INCENTIVES EXPERIENCE system at any time without previous written notice.
The PARTNER INCENTIVES EXPERIENCE system is provided to You "as is" with no warranties of any kind. In the event the PARTNER INCENTIVES EXPERIENCE system inadvertently presents erroneous data, Microsoft reserves the right to correct the error and will only be obligated to pay to Company the correctly-calculated incentives under the terms of the incentive program.
The PARTNER INCENTIVES EXPERIENCE system contains personal information. Personal information includes any information that permits an individual to be identified or contacted (such as name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, financial information or account numbers, social security number, or any other government issued ID numbers).
The personal information contained in the PARTNER INCENTIVES EXPERIENCE system and related templates and reports include customer contact information for use by Partners, including Company, and Microsoft to facilitate Partner sales to customers. Customer contact information in the PARTNER INCENTIVES EXPERIENCE system must only be used by Microsoft employees and Partners, including Company, and their respective vendors to facilitate Partners' sales efforts. Customer contact information relating to Microsoft-generated leads provided to Partners through the PARTNER INCENTIVES EXPERIENCE system must only be used by Partners and their vendors for the purpose of facilitating Partners’ sale of the particular product or service or sets of products and/or services of interest to the customer as indicated in the PARTNER INCENTIVES EXPERIENCE system. Partners must not use or share any customer contact information relating to Microsoft-generated leads for any other purpose unless the Partner has obtained the appropriate consent of the customer. Company is responsible for ensuring it and its Company-authorized employees comply with the restrictions herein relating to personal information and comply with local laws and regulations pertaining to data collection and transfer to Microsoft.
