If you can't locate the program through Control Panel, check the program's installation folder for an "uninstall" program. By default, the Qipcap.dll file is located in the C:\Windows\system32 or C:\Windows\SysWOW64 directory.

To review the Microsoft Office Alerts log, follow these steps:
- In Control Panel, open Administrative Tools.
- Double-click Event Viewer.
- In the navigation pane, select Microsoft Office Alerts under Applications and Services Logs.
