This article describes the update for daylight saving time (DST) changes for Yukon in Windows Embedded Compact 2013.

On the occasion of the end of daylight saving time (DST) on November 1, 2020, Yukon is making the following changes:

  • Yukon will not adjust its clock on November 1, 2020 to move back by an hour and will continue to remain on local time.
  • Yukon customers will now move to a new time zone "(UTC-07:00) Yukon" through this Windows Embedded Compact 2013 update on Sunday, November 1, 2020, at 02:00.

Prerequisites

This update is supported only if all previously issued updates for this product have also been installed.

Restart requirement

After you apply this update, you must perform a clean build of the whole platform. To do this, use one of the following methods:

  • On the Build menu, click Clean Solution, and then click Build Solution.
  • On the Build menu, click Rebuild Solution.

You do not have to restart the computer after you apply this software update.

This update does not replace any other updates.
