ERM configuration error when entering duplicate passwords


You receive the following error when you update passwords in a configuration template in the Prodiance Enterprise Risk Manager (ERM) web portal:

Error occurred while updating configuration: \n\nUnexpected error while setting template: Cannot add an entity with a key that is already in use.


This error occurs when the same password is entered two times in a configuration template and submitted at the same time, if the password does not already exist in the system (in the GlobalPasswords table in the database).  


To avoid this error, users should not enter the same password more than once at the same time on a configuration template.
