If you have a domain-joined computer, you can reset the domain password by logging on with the expired password. You are then prompted to change the password.
If you do not have a domain-joined computer, you can reset the domain password by using one of the following methods:
- Contact the help desk in your organization, and have them reset your domain password.
- Reset your domain password in Microsoft Outlook Web App. For more information about how to do this, go to the following Microsoft website:
