An update that includes a new time zone for Libya is available for Windows Embedded Compact 7. The government of Libya has announced the following changes to the country's time zone definitions:
- The Libya time zone was changed to UTC+1 for the duration of 2012. This change started at 2:00am on November 10, 2012.
- For all coming years, summer time (UTC+2) begins at 1:00am on the last Friday in March, and winter time (UTC+1) begins at 2:00am on the last Friday in October.
