You’ll receive your order confirmation at the primary Microsoft account email you provided. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, check the primary address associated with your Microsoft account. To find out what your primary email address is, sign in to account.microsoft.com. Select the Your info tab, and select Manage how you sign in to Microsoft.
You can also check the Order History on your Rewards page and resend your order as needed.
