In Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 Preview, assume that you build a project application by using the Hub Project template. If you use a non-English version of Visual Studio 2013 Preview to build the application, you receive a message warning you that you do not have a localized resource file. Additionally, when you run your application, the application may crash before the initial application page is displayed.
This problem occurs because the Hub Project template includes a resource file (Strings.resw) that is located in a localized folder and that contains localized strings for your application. By default, the Strings.resw resource file is located in the en-US folder inside the Strings folder.
To work around this problem, rename the en-US folder to match the language of the Visual Studio 2013 Preview installation that you are using to build your application.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
