When you start Microsoft Money, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following:
Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded.
This behavior occurs when the security settings for the Local intranet zone of the Web browser are set to High.

To resolve this behavior, follow these steps.
Note This resolution assumes that you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 as your default browser. For information about how to download or upgrade Internet Explorer 6, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Security tab.
Click Local intranet, and then click Custom Level.
Under Reset Custom Settings, click Medium in the Reset to list.
Click OK two times.
For more information about how to set security levels in Internet Explorer 6, start Internet Explorer 6, click Help, and then click Contents and Index. Click the Search tab, type Understanding security zones in the Keyword box, and then click Display.
