Code changes

To resolve this problem, change the code in the FormatAddr function in the Format Address codeunit (365) as follows:
Existing code

...
AddIfNotBlank(Country.Name,AddrArray,Index);
IF Country."Contact Address Format" = Country."Contact Address Format"::Last THEN
AddIfNotBlank(Contact,AddrArray,Index);

// Delete the following lines.
REPEAT
AddrArray[Index] := '';
Index := Index + 1;
UNTIL Index = 9;
// End of the deleted lines.

END;
END;
END;
...

Replacement code

...
AddIfNotBlank(Country.Name,AddrArray,Index);
IF Country."Contact Address Format" = Country."Contact Address Format"::Last THEN
AddIfNotBlank(Contact,AddrArray,Index);

// Add the following line.
COMPRESSARRAY(AddrArray);
// End of the added line.

END;
END;
END;
...
