Resolution


When receipt is updated and it exists in sortedIssueMap, then we need to update the value in sortedIssueMap to make sure this map contains the latest value to avoid update conflict error. As receipt safety stock can be split, so if buffer previousReceipt has been split or updated, then this previousReceipt will be invalidated.
