Call center sales order error when performing a Packing slip when "Enable order completion" is disabled


Symptoms


Customer doesn't always expect a prepayment with their Sales order and thus disables the Call center order completion option.  They create a new sales order for a customer and then start the Packing process, which generates an error due to a MCR code check that there is a payment made. 

Resolution


When disable the call order completion, skip to validate payments in the MCRCustPaymTable.
