The error “Root element is missing.” may occur while importing labels to a GER configuration from a zip compressed file

Symptoms

GER configuration may contain labels. To translate them externally, labels can be exported to a zip compressed file. Individual folder is created in this compressed file for each language that has been selected for export. Individual xml file with labels is created for each language in appropriate folder. Being translated, label can be imported back to GER configuration. The error “Root element is missing.” may occur while importing labels to a GER configuration from a zip compressed file that has been incorrectly adjusted - when this file contains folders with no xml files in them, when folder name is not equal to the abbreviation of a language, etc.
To work around this issue, create a zip compressed file with the only one folder for a single language, place to this folder a single xml file with labels in this language and import this file. Repeat it for all required languages.

Resolution

The changes in the hotfix contain the code modification that resolved this issue. Blank and inappropriate folders will be ignored while importing labels from a zip compressed file.
