"Http server tagastas 404 NotFound erand" kasutades serveripoolne sünkroonimine

Sümptomid

Kui ja lubate postkasti Dynamics 365 (varem tuntud kui Dynamics CRM Online'i), ilmneb üks järgmistest tõrketeadetest hoiatuste piirkonnas:

• Postkasti < postkastinime > ei sünkroonida, kuna e-posti serveriga ühenduse loomisel ilmnes tõrge. Seotud e-posti serveri profiil < e-posti serveri Profile Name > omanik on teavitatud.

• Postkasti < postkasti nimi > ei sünkroonida kohtumiste, kontaktide ja ülesannete, kuna Microsoft Exchange serveriga ühenduse loomisel ilmnes tõrge. Seotud e-posti serveri profiil < e-posti serveri Profile Name > omanik on teatatud.

• E-kirja "Test Message" ei saa saata, kuna e-posti serveriga ühenduse loomisel ilmnes tõrge. Postkasti < postkasti nimi > ei sünkroonida. Seotud e-posti serveri profiil < e-posti serveri Profile Name > omanik on teavitatud.

Kõik vead eespool ka üht järgmistest tõrkekoodidest:

Põhjus

See tõrge võib ilmneda ühel järgmistest põhjustest:

1. Kasutaja postkasti ei leitud, sest e-posti aadress pole õige või postkasti pole praegu saadaval.

2. Seotud meiliserveri profiili konfigureerimine tuleb leida postkasti pole õigesti konfigureeritud.

Lahendus

1. Kontrollige postkasti kirje Dynamics 365 e-posti aadress vastab e-posti aadressi Exchange. Tõrge sisaldab Dynamics 365 postkasti kirje link. Selle lingi kaudu saate kontrollida kiiresti välja e-posti aadress.  Kui e-posti aadress on õige, veenduge, avades selle e-posti rakenduses, nagu näiteks Outlooki või Outlook Web Access on postkasti.

2. Kontrollige seotud meiliserveri profiili konfiguratsiooni. Dynamics 365 (online) kasutamisel koos asutusesisese Exchange'i veenduge, et kasutate Exchange Serveri (hübriid) meiliserveri profiili. Kasutage ainult Exchange Online profiili kasutajatele, kellel on postkastid Exchange Online.
