Symptoms

When you run the Microsoft Dynamic CRM for Microsoft Outlook scenario within the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant, it indicates Microsoft Dynamic CRM for Outlook is not installed or it is not a supported version.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook is not installed or it is not a supported version.

Resolution

Verify a supported version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook is installed.

Option 1

  1. Sign in to your Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online web application via your web browser.
  2. Select the settings button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  3. Select Apps for Dynamics CRM. This option will appear if your Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online instance is Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 or later and your System Administrator has not disabled this option.
  4. Select Download CRM for Outlook.
