If you would like to invite an employee to associate to your company and the single invite option from your Partner Membership Center does not work as expected, you are welcome to use the group invite.
The group invite option enables you to invite single individuals or multiple people sometime, sending the email from your own email account.
No system generated email will end up in the spam filter, just take the following steps(please note that these steps can only be processed by a Global/Location admin of your company):
1). Sign in to your Partner Membership Center
2). Select "Requirements & Assets” - “Invite people to associate”
3). Select "Invite multiple people”
4). Provide all required details and “approve invitees”
5). Forward the invitation URL to the employees
6). The individuals are asked to use the invitation link in order to complete the association. They are first of all asked to sign in with an MS Account of choice. This will be their login recognized in the Microsoft Partner Network. Afterwards it is required to fill in the individual profile. The association can only be completed successfully if all required fields are filled in and if the contact email address provided matches the email address that has been used for generating the invitation URL. If these details don´t match, an error message will come up as the user will not be recognized by the system as the invited individual.
Note: Using the Contact Microsoft Support button requires you to login into the MPN site using a valid Microsoft Partner Network login. If you do not have a valid Microsoft Partner Network login or are having problems logging in to MPN, you can get more information or assistance from the MPN Support site.
