Hotfix 2769594 resolves the same issue. However, after you apply hotfix 2769594, the issue may occur again. Therefore, hotfix 2821783 provides the following additional improvements and fixes:
- Additional diagnostics are added that can help obtain complete details about memory allocation for the MEMORYCLERK_SQLLOGPOOL memory clerk. The diagnostic information is not exposed through dynamic management view (DMV) queries, and can be viewed only through dump information analysis.
- Some leak-related fixes are added.
