To enable this hotfix, follow these steps:
- Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click

- On the Edit menu, point to
New, and then click Key.

As an alternative to the previous steps, you can create a single DWORD entry named "*" and set it to 1. In this case, the fix will be enabled for all processes that are loading Iedkcs32.dll.
