Symptômes
Une fois que vous avez supprimé une liste de sélection qui a été publiée pour une commande client dans le formulaire « Inscription de liste de sélection » dans Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, l’option de liste de sélection n’est plus disponible. En outre, si vous essayez de créer une liste de sélection ou si vous essayez de supprimer la commande client, vous recevez le message d’erreur suivant :
Remarque
L’ordre de sortie, order_number, doit être traité en premier.
Ce problème se produit si les informations de licence pour le module « Warehouse Management I » et le module « Warehouse Management II » sont vides.

Validation de l’installation du correctif logiciel de l’application
Pour valider l’installation du correctif logiciel d’application, ouvrez la classe SysHotfixManifest dans l’arborescence d’objets d’application (AOT), puis vérifiez qu’il existe une méthode dont le nom est identique au numéro d’article de la Base de connaissances du correctif logiciel installé.
En outre, vous pouvez vérifier les objets affectés en affichant le fichier KB967362.txt par rapport aux objets de l’AOT. Par conséquent, vous pouvez vous assurer que les objets sont modifiés correctement dans la couche SYP ou la couche GLP.
