Symptômes
Les clients Microsoft Outlook qui utilisent l’interface MAPI sur HTTP pour se connecter aux boîtes aux lettres de Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 sont déconnectés par intermittence. Par exemple, les utilisateurs du Mode mis en cache voient un message déconnecté s’affiche dans la barre d’état. Également, les utilisateurs du Mode en ligne reçoivent le message d’erreur suivant lorsqu’ils tentent de démarrer Outlook :
Impossible de démarrer Microsoft Outlook. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre Outlook. L’ensemble des dossiers ne peut pas être ouvert. Vous devez vous connecter à Microsoft Exchange avec le profil actuel avant de pouvoir synchroniser vos dossiers avec votre fichier de données Outlook (.ost).
En outre, les événements suivants sont consignés dans le journal applications dans l’Observateur d’événements sur le serveur qui exécute Exchange Server 2013 concerné :

Cause
Ce problème se produit lorsque le pool d’applications MSExchangeMapiMailboxAppPool ou MSExchangeMapiAddressBookAppPool rencontre une exception non gérée.
Résolution
Pour résoudre ce problème, installez les 11 mise à jour Cumulative pour Exchange Server 2013.
