The system does not group the TaxSubtotal transactions by tax code as expected when you run the Danish functions to generate the OIOUBL electronic invoice file in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1

This article applies to Microsoft Dynamics AX for the Denmark (dk) region.

Symptoms

Assume that you post a sales order or a project invoice that contains multiple transaction lines in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1). Some transaction lines use a sales tax code and the other transactions use another sales tax code. When you run the Danish functions to generate the OIOUBL electronic invoice file, the system does not group the TaxSubtotal transactions by tax code in the source Extensible Markup Language (XML) as expected. Therefore, the final OIOUBL file does not follow the file description and you cannot invoice the public sector customers.
You can see the file description in the following link:

http://www.oioubl.info/documents/en/en/Dokument/oioubl_guide_bibliotek.pdf

Cause

This problem occurs because the target XML will also generate the TaxSubtotal transactions for each transaction line. Therefore, the final OIOUBL file does not follow the file description and will be rejected by the public sector customers.
