How to generate an attendance report for a meeting in Live Meeting

INTRODUCTION

This article describes how to generate an attendance report for a meeting in Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2005 and in Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007.

A meeting organizer or an account administrator can generate an attendance report. This report includes a list of users who attended the meeting together with information about when the users logged on and how long they were connected.

To generate an attendance report, follow these steps:
  1. Log on to the Live Meeting Manager as the meeting organizer or as an account administrator.
  2. On the My Home page, click Reports under View.
  3. On the View Reports page, click Meeting List.
  4. On the Meeting List Report page, click the meeting ID of the meeting for which you want to generate the attendance report under Report.
After you generate the attendance report, you can take any of the following actions:
  • You can filter the search by using the date range of when the meeting was held.
  • To show only the meetings created by the log on organizer or administrator, select Show only my meetings.
  • Use Find (CTRL+F) to locate the meeting ID for the meeting.
  • Click the meeting ID to view the report.
Note To view the report in comma-separated form, click Download CSV on the Meeting Attendance Report page. Then, you can copy the information to a worksheet or to a database.

Note Most activity will be reflected in reports after 2 to 3 hours, but complete processing may take as long as 1 to 3 days.
