INTRODUCTION
According to the Russian Federation Government decree from December 26, 2011, the following changes are announced in Russia:

Existing printable reporting templates for sales and purchase books are changed.
-
The new regulatory report, facture register, is affirmed.
-
The correcting facture format is updated.
-
The new rules for reflecting the correcting factures are declared.
The new legislative requirements are effective from January 1, 2012.
A country-specific update is available to comply with the new changes in Russia in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Service Pack 1 (SP1) with the Eastern Europe (EE) GLS layer installed.

Restart requirement
You must restart the Application Object Server (AOS) service after you apply the hotfix.

Validation of the application hotfix installation
To validate the installation of the application hotfix, open the SysHotfixManifest class in the Application Object Tree (AOT). Then, verify that there is a method whose name includes the Knowledge Base (KB) article number of the installed hotfix. Additionally, you can cross-check the affected objects by comparing the KBXXXXXX.txt file against the objects in the AOT. By doing this, you can make sure that the objects are changed correctly in the SYP layer or in the GLP layer.
Note The XXXXXX placeholder represents the KB article number of the installed hotfix.
