ClickOnce deployment isn't supported with Roaming profiles

ClickOnce deployment isn't supported when using Roaming User Profiles. While variations may sometime work, such configurations aren't tested. Such scenarios could be adversely affected by future product updates. So ClickOnce isn't supported when using any variation of the Roaming Profiles.
