Cause

This issue occurs because Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2015 does not recognize the device that uses a Windows Phone 8.1 user agent string to emulate as an Android 4.0 or Apple iOS 7 device.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, install the June 2015 cumulative update 6.0.9319.55 for Skype for Business Server 2015 (Web Components Server).
