Symptoms

Assume that you enable the Quality of Experience (QoE) server in Microsoft Lync Server 2013 (Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2015) and schedule a conference call in a user home pool in Microsoft Lync 2013 (Skype for Business). Another user in a different pool joins the conference and participates in the audio, video or application sharing session. In this situation, the pool information in the QoE sessions table is incorrect. This issue occurs after you have installed KB2889923.

Resolution

To fix this issue, install the November 1, 2016, update (KB3127934) for Lync 2013 (Skype for Business).

Note Lync 2013 was upgraded to Skype for Business in April 2015.
