Consider the following scenario:
- You have a Windows 8.1-based computer that has a Windows Store device apps printer extension installed.
- You start a Windows Store application such as Reader, and then you try to print from it.
- After the modern print dialog box opens, you click More Settings to open the printer extension.
When you rest the pointer over the Back button, the active focus on the mouse reverts from the WWAHost.exe process to PrintDialogHost.exe. If you move the pointer to a different part of the print preferences window, the active focus is not forwarded to WWAHost.exe as expected. Therefore, the window temporarily stops responding.
To work around this issue, move the pointer outside the printer extension window, and then move it back into the printer extension window. This restores the focus.
