When you press the browser hot keys on one of the Microsoft keyboards listed in the "Applies To" section, the hot keys do not function.
Note The IntelliType software is installed correctly.
This issue occurs when one of the following conditions are true:
The America Online (AOL) version 4.0 Web browser is running.
The computer is not connected to the Internet.
The default Web Browser is not compatible with the IntelliType Software.
To resolve this issue, make sure that the computer is connected to the Internet when you open the AOL Web browser. Note that Microsoft IntelliType software versions 2.2 do not support the AOL version 4.0 Web browser. Update the AOL Web Browser to the latest version. Some Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section require AOL version 7.0 or a later version.
