Note: As an alternative to the Simplified Association Process, you can also try associating from your Partner Membership Center account (https://partners.microsoft.com/).

1. Open the Tools menu on IE.
2. Click Compatibility View settings.
3. Enter Microsoft.com and click Add to save changes.
If you have tried the steps above and continue to experience the same issue, try deleting the temporary internet files and cookies by doing the following:
1. While on an Internet Explorer (IE) window, press Ctrl+Shift+Delete. A new window will open.
2. Make sure that Temporary Internet Files and Cookies are check marked.
3. Click Delete and close all IE windows.
If the previous steps do not work, you can also try the following:
1. While on an IE window, press Ctrl+Shift+P. A new InPrivate window will open.
