Have ideas about how we can improve Microsoft Band or Microsoft Health? Let us know right from the Microsoft Band app on your phone.
We're constantly striving to improve Microsoft Band and the Microsoft Band experience. If you have ideas about what you'd like to see on the Band or in the Band app, let us know. Feedback about your experiences or any issues you may be having is invaluable to our development team.
You can send feedback using the Microsoft Band app on your phone:
|Step 1:||With the Band app open on your phone, shake your phone to open the Help and feedback menu.|
|Step 2:||Tap Suggest an idea (this opens the Microsoft Band UserVoice site in a new browser window) or Report a problem.|
|Step 3:||If you tapped Report a problem, enter a description of the problem, add a photo or screenshot, and tap Next.|
|Step 4:||Make sure that Include Diagnostic Log is selected, and tap Send.|
If you turned off “Shake phone to send feedback” (the feature is enabled by default), you can turn it on again. Open the Band app on your phone, tap Menu > Preferences, and under Gestures, move the toggle for Shake phone to send feedback to on.
You can also manually send feedback by tapping Menu > Help and feedback.
