Document routing agent/service sometimes does not pickup pending printing documents


Document routing agent/service sometimes not able to pickup pending printing documents when there are a large number of company and printer combinations. For example, there are 20 companies and 50 printers, and all the printers need to be activated for each company. In this case, there are 1000 combinations.  This causes a backlog in printer polling queue.


Customer will need to download and install the latest version of the Document Routing Agent.
