AIF messages not including all query results in cases where results aren't returned in a specific order.

Symptoms

While iterating through query results, we were creating a new record object even if the current record had already been encountered in a previous iteration. This new record object would overwrite the previous one for the record, meaning that whatever data was in the original record object would not be output.

Resolution

While iterating through query results, we now reuse the existing record object when we encounter duplicates for a particular data source.
