Salah satu cara paling umum untuk menyebarkan virus komputer adalah melalui lampiran file. Untuk membantu melindungi Anda dan penerima dari virus komputer, Outlook akan memblokir pengiriman dan penerimaan tipe file tertentu (seperti file database tertentu dan .exe) sebagai lampiran. Jika perlu mengirim salah satu tipe file tersebut kepada penerima email, sebaiknya gunakan OneDrive dan kirimkan tautan ke file tersebut kepada penerima sebagai gantinya.
Catatan: Jika menggunakan akun Microsoft Exchange, administrator server email Anda dapat membuka blokir tipe file tertentu. Hubungi administrator Anda untuk mendapatkan bantuan selengkapnya.
Berbagi file dengan aman
Terdapat beberapa cara untuk mengirim dan menerima file yang diblokir. Anda dapat menyimpan file ke cloud dan mengirimkan tautan ke file, menggunakan alat kompresi file seperti WinZip, atau mengganti nama file dengan ekstensi lain lalu meminta penerima untuk mengubah kembali nama file ke aslinya setelah file diterima.

Menyimpan file ke awan
Jika perlu mengirim file yang diblokir oleh Outlook, cara termudah untuk mengirimkannya adalah dengan mengunggah file ke OneDrive atau server berbagi jaringan yang aman seperti SharePoint. Kemudian, kirim tautan ke file tersebut. Jika perlu menerima file yang diblokir, mintalah pengirim untuk mengunggah file ke OneDrive atau SharePoint lalu mengirimkan tautannya kepada Anda. Setelah menerima tautan, Anda dapat membuka lokasi file dan mengunduh file.
Catatan: Untuk OneDrive dan OneDrive for Business, Anda harus meminta pengirim agar hanya mengirimkan tautan ke file, bukan melampirkan file ke email menggunakan OneDrive. Untuk mendapatkan tautan berbagi di OneDrive, sorot file, lalu pilih Dapatkan Tautan di bilah menu.

Menggunakan alat kompresi
file Menggunakan alat kompresi, seperti WinZip, akan membuat file arsip yang dikompresi dengan ekstensi nama file yang berbeda. Outlook tidak mengenali ekstensi nama file ini sebagai potensi ancaman. Oleh karena itu, program tidak akan memblokir lampiran baru. Ada banyak alat kompresi pihak ketiga yang tersedia. Anda dapat mengklik kanan file apa pun di Windows 7, Windows 8, atau Windows 10 lalu memilih Kirim ke folder kompresi (zip). Tindakan ini akan membuat file dengan nama yang sama seperti file asli, tetapi dengan ekstensi .zip. -
Mengganti nama file
Anda dapat mengganti nama file (atau meminta agar pengirim mengganti nama file) untuk menggunakan ekstensi yang tidak diblokir oleh Outlook. Misalnya, Anda dapat mengganti nama file.exe menjadi file.docx. Setelah file yang diganti nama dikirim (atau diterima), simpan dan ganti nama file dengan ekstensi aslinya mengikuti langkah-langkah berikut.

Temukan lampiran dalam pesan email.

Klik kanan lampiran, dan kemudian klik Salin.

Klik kanan desktop, dan kemudian klik Tempel.

Klik kanan file rekatan, dan kemudian klik Ganti Nama.

Tipe file yang diblokir di Outlook
Jika Anda menggunakan akun Microsoft Server Exchange dan administrator Server Exchange telah mengonfigurasi pengaturan keamanan Outlook, administrator Anda mungkin dapat membantu. Mintalah administrator untuk menyesuaikan pengaturan keamanan pada kotak surat untuk menerima lampiran yang diblokir oleh Outlook.
