This happens after the system installs Update Rollup 2. You find the following exceptions in the SharedServiceHost-AlertServiceConfig.log file.

Update replacement informationThis hotfix does not replace a previously released hotfix.
Removal informationTo remove this hotfix, use the Add or Remove Programs item in Control Panel. Additionally, you must uninstall the client-side package (KB 2686872) from all client computers.
