- Locate and then double-click the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\EnableConnectionRateLimiting
- In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.
- Exit Registry Editor.
- Restart the computer.
