Sintomi
Client di Microsoft Outlook che utilizzano MAPI su HTTP per connettersi alle cassette postali di Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 intermittente vengono disconnessi. Ad esempio, gli utenti la modalità cache è visualizzato un messaggio di disconnesso visualizzato sulla barra di stato di Outlook. Inoltre, gli utenti in modalità in linea visualizzato il seguente messaggio di errore quando si tenta di avviare Outlook:
Impossibile avviare Microsoft Outlook. Impossibile aprire la finestra di Outlook. Impossibile aprire il gruppo di cartelle. Prima di poter sincronizzare le cartelle con file di dati di Outlook (ost), è necessario connettersi a Microsoft Exchange con il profilo corrente.

Causa
Questo problema si verifica quando il pool di applicazioni MSExchangeMapiMailboxAppPool o MSExchangeMapiAddressBookAppPool rilevata un'eccezione non gestita.
Risoluzione
Per risolvere questo problema, installare 11 aggiornamento cumulativo per Exchange Server 2013.
