You cannot synchronize appointments with a mobile device after you install Update Rollup 12 or Update Rollup 13 in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0

Symptoms

After you install Update Rollup 12 or Update Rollup 13 in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, appointments that are created in Microsoft Dynamics CRM cannot be synchronized with a mobile device.
