An end-user's public folder is missing or deleted.
This issue can occur for the following reasons:
- The public folder has an age limit, and the content was deleted because of its age.
- The end-user deleted the public folder.
Microsoft Online does not perform server restores for public folders. If the content was deleted, end-users can restore the folder themselves. For more information about how to restore a public folder, visit the following Microsoft website:
