SharePoint オンプレミスのコンテンツが SharePoint Online の検索結果に表示されない

現象

以下のシナリオについて考慮します。

• Microsoft SharePoint オンプレミス環境から SharePoint Online で結果を返すインバウンド ハイブリッド検索を構成します。

• ユーザーが SharePoint Online サイトから検索クエリを実行すると、SharePoint Online サイトの結果のみが表示されます。 オンプレミスの SharePoint から結果が返されないか、ユーザーに次のエラー メッセージが表示されることもあります。

  申し訳ございません。問題が発生しました。 (検索で、結果が返されない問題が発生しました。この問題が解決しない場合は、管理者にお問い合わせください)

• 管理者は、SharePoint Online の結果ソースに関連付けられているクエリルールを編集します。 次に、管理者は結果ブロックからクエリ ビルダーを開きます。 ただし、これにより次のエラーが発生します。

回避策

この問題を回避するには、SharePoint オンプレミス ID プロバイダーを変更して、SharePoint Online で動作するようにします。 これを行うには、オンプレミスの SharePoint ファームで次のコマンドレットを実行します。
