Aşağıdaki sorun bu güvenlik güncelleştirmesinde düzeltilmiştir:

  • Microsoft XML Core Services 3.0'da (MSXML 3.0), "Msxml2.XMLHTTP.3.0" ActiveX nesnesinin HTTP yanıtlarını işleme biçimi nedeniyle bir bellek bozulması sorunu bulunmaktadır. Bu bozulma rasgele bir adreste gerçekleşebilir. Bu adres, bilgisayarın belleğinin başlangıç değerine bağlıdır ve saldırgan tarafından denetlenemez. MSXML 3.0'ın tüm Windows sürümleri bu sorundan etkilenir.

Bu güvenlik güncelleştirmesinin İngilizce (ABD) sürümü, güvenlik güncelleştirmesini yüklemek için bir Microsoft Windows Installer paketi kullanır. Bu dosyalarla ilgili tarihler ve saatler aşağıdaki tabloda UTC (Eşgüdümlü Evrensel Saat) kullanılarak listelenmiştir. Dosya bilgilerini görüntülediğinizde tarih yerel saate dönüştürülür.
