Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You set up a Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2, Response Group service to forward an incoming call when there are no members in the group to answer the call.

The number that the call is forwarded to is a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) number.

You call this Response Group by using Office Communicator.
-
No member in the group answers your call.
In this scenario, the call cannot be forwarded.
Resolution
To fix this problem, install the following cumulative update:
