Symptoms
In Microsoft Office Access 2007 or in Microsoft Access 2010, you receive the following error message:
The wizard is unable to create your form.
This occurs when you try to create a form by using the Access Form Wizard, and one of the field names that you added in the wizard contains double-byte (2-byte) characters. For example, a field name contains the Japanese characters for a left bracket or a right bracket.
Cause
This is a known problem in Access 2007 and in Access 2010.
Resolution
To resolve this problem, use one of the following methods.
Method 1
Omit the double-byte characters from the field name.
Method 2

Create a query, and add the table that contains the double-byte characters to the query.

Add the fields that contain only single-byte characters in their field names.

Save the query.

Select the query, and run the Access Form Wizard to build the form.

After the wizard is finished, open the form in design view or in layout view.

Click the Add Existing Fields icon.

In the Field List, select the table that contains the fields that have the double-byte characters.

Drag the desired fields to the form.
Method 3

In the navigation pane, select the table that has the fields that contain the double-byte characters.

Click the Create tab on the ribbon.

On the ribbon, select Form.
All the fields, and this includes the fields that contain the double-byte characters, are added to the new form.
More Information
This problem does not occur in Microsoft Office Access 2003.
