Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You install the Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG) 2010 Enterprise edition on a domain controller. Or, you install the Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG) 2010 Standard edition on a workgroup computer.

You install Forefront TMG 2010 Service Pack 1 (SP1), and then you run a Repair operation.

You install Forefront TMG 2010 SP1 Update 1, and then you run the Repair operation again.
In this scenario, an enterprise node is incorrectly added in the Forefront TMG Microsoft Management Console (MMC). Additionally, a join operation on this enterprise node in the array does not work, and "EMS-managed array" is displayed under Config Management.
Cause
This issue occurs because custom actions in the Repair operation are scheduled incorrectly.
Note This issue was introduced in Forefront TMG 2010 SP1 Update 1.
