Symptoms
Assume that you try to use the Windows Live Family Safety website to block or allow certain games that are installed on your computer. However, you find that the games in question are not listed on the website.
Cause
This issue occurs because some old games and some games that can be configured differently for different users are not recognized by the Family Safety site.
Resolution
To block or allow these games, look for the game on the Program restrictions page of the Family Safety website. Then, make the configurations that you want by using the options that are listed on that page.
