"Ya existe otro registro DNS con este nombre de host" al agregar un registro Address o CNAME

Problema

En Microsoft 365 para empresas, intenta agregar un registro de dirección (A) o un registro CNAME en el portal de Microsoft 365. Sin embargo, aparece el siguiente mensaje de error:

Ya existe otro registro DNS con este nombre de host. Escriba un nombre diferente.

Solución

Para agregar un registro distinto de un registro www, use un nombre de host diferente o actualice el registro existente.
