Hotfix information
A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft. However, it is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Restart requirement
You must restart the computer if certain applications that depend on Lync 2010 are running when you install the update. For example, you must restart the computer if Microsoft Office Outlook is running when you install the update.
