Symptoms
Consider the following scenario:

You deploy computers to Windows RT 8.1, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows RT, Windows 8, or Windows Server 2012.

You try to copy the directory trees to the deployed computers by using the following command:
Robocopy "Source" "Destination" /E /R:2 /S /MIR

The directory trees contain SharePoint paths.
In this scenario, files under the SharePoint related paths cannot be copied.
Resolution
