증상

컴퓨터에 포함된 DisplayPort(eDP) 기술을 사용하는 AMD/ATI Radeon GPU(그래픽 처리 장치)가 있습니다. 컴퓨터에 Windows 7을 설치하면 설치 프로세스 중에 검은색 화면이 표시됩니다. 그러나 설치는 여전히 실행 중입니다. 이 경우 설치를 완료하지 못할 수 있습니다.

디스플레이가 여러 개인 경우 이 문제가 발생하면 기본 화면만 검은색으로 표시됩니다.

원인

AMD는 Windows 7 DVD가 완료된 후 eDP 지원을 구현했습니다. 따라서 Windows 7 정품 DVD의 AMD Radeon 그래픽 드라이버는 eDP를 지원하지 않습니다.
